The Osborne Group is a Spanish company dedicated to the production of wine and spirits.
The cherries and fires produced by the Osborne Group in their hometown of El Puerto de Santa María, Province of Cadiz, are protected under the origin designation "Jerez-Xérès-Sherry" and the specific designation "Brandy de Jerez".
Osborne Fino Sherry 15% 0.75 Litre
In the glass, Osborne Fino shows a pale straw colour. On the nose, it recalls fresh almonds, light nutty notes and a subtle saline freshness. On the palate, it is dry, clean and lively with a mild finish.
Fino sherry traditionally matures under flor yeast. This special maturation protects the wine from strong oxidation and gives it its fresh, dry and lightly nutty character.
Osborne Fino is especially well suited as an aperitif, served well chilled with tapas, olives, almonds, seafood, fish or mild cheese. After opening, the bottle should be stored chilled and enjoyed soon.
