Bruichladdich is a whisky distillery located in the village of Bruichladdich on the Isle of Islay, Scotland.
Description:
Bruichladdich Bere Barley 2012 is a distinctive Islay Single Malt whisky made from Bere barley, one of Europe’s oldest cultivated cereal grains. Grown in collaboration with Scottish farmers, this ancient barley variety delivers a unique, characterful whisky with a strong grain-forward profile.
Aroma & Taste:
On the nose, it reveals malty and almost bready notes, followed by ripe pear, honey, grain, and hints of citrus. The palate is creamy, spicy, and layered—with flavors of barley malt, vanilla, fresh herbs, and a touch of oak. The finish is long, slightly dry, and naturally elegant.

Matured in American oak casks
Non-chill filtered, no added color
