Aberlour A'bunadh is a powerful Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Speyside. It is bottled at cask strength and presents the intense, sherry led style of Aberlour Distillery.
The whisky matures in Oloroso sherry casks and is non chill filtered. This helps preserve its structure, mouthfeel and rich aromatic depth.
On the nose, it shows raisins, dark fruit, chocolate, caramel, spices and spicy oak. On the palate, Aberlour A'bunadh is full bodied, powerful and complex, with notes of dried fruit, toffee, dark chocolate, sherry sweetness and warm cask spice.
The finish is long, intense and warming, with oak, spice and lingering fruit sweetness. Due to its high cask strength, it is best enjoyed neat in a nosing glass or with a few drops of water.
