Chivas Regal is a whiskey brand owned by Chivas Brothers Ltd. In Aberdeen, a city in Scotland, in the 19th century, James Chivas began experimenting with some of the old whiskeys that were in his cellar in the grocery store visionary act that would later change the history of the Chivas Brothers forever.

Royal Salute 21 Year Old Miami Polo Edition is a limited blended Scotch whisky from the Royal Salute Polo Collection. This release is inspired by Miami and the special connection between Royal Salute and the world of polo.

This edition is made with whiskies aged for at least 21 years. According to Royal Salute, the Miami Polo Edition is the first expression from the brand to be fully finished in first fill rye and first fill bourbon casks. This gives the blend a lively, sweet spicy and fruit led character.

On the nose, it shows vanilla, caramel, ripe fruits, honey, soft oak and fine spices. On the palate, the whisky is rounded, full bodied and balanced with notes of creamy vanilla, toffee, tropical fruit, light wood, grain spice and gentle bourbon sweetness.

The finish is long, smooth and pleasantly spicy. The colourful presentation of the Miami Polo Edition makes this limited Royal Salute release especially interesting for collectors and lovers of premium blended Scotch whisky.
