FABLE Whiskey is based on the art of storytelling, animation and illustration. Independent whiskey bottlers, including England's Craigton Packaging, buy casks from distilleries and then bottle the whiskey themselves. They experiment with different maturation times until they create their perfect whiskey and then bottle it.
Fable Whisky Batch 4 brings together carefully selected cask combinations to create a distinctive blended malt, released in small, batch-driven editions. This bottling combines a range of malts, including single malts linked to the chapters of “The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay”.
Matured for a minimum of 5 years in ex bourbon casks and hogshead casks, Batch 4 is presented non chill-filtered and in natural colour. On the palate it feels well balanced, finishing with a lingering smoky note that adds depth and character.
