It is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, producing the best single malts with rich sherry for almost 200 years Excellent whiskey in the best Spanish sherry barrels Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso from Andalusia. They are very well known for their rich taste profile, which ranges from sweet and fruity aromas to the Pedro Ximenez barrels selected by us to dry and nutty notes from excellent Oloroso Barrels.

GlenDronach House Editions Parisian Room Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a special bottling from the Scottish Highlands. This edition is inspired by the atmosphere of Paris and combines GlenDronach’s rich sherry character with additional maturation in French cognac casks.

This whisky brings together Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, Oloroso sherry casks and French cognac casks. The result is a layered single malt with ripe fruit, pastry notes, nutty depth and fine dessert accents.

On the nose, it shows honeyed grapes, plums, apple tarte Tatin, elderflower, warm musk and sherry raisins. On the palate, baked fig galette, glazed walnuts, Medjool dates, juicy peach, lemon cream croissant and a delicate touch of rose unfold.

The finish is long, smooth and complex with champagne truffle and lingering nutty depth. The gift box makes this House Edition a fine choice for collectors and lovers of characterful GlenDronach bottlings.
