" The GlenDronach Distillery is based in Forgue near Huntly in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. It is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, producing the best single malts with rich sherry for almost 200 years Excellent whiskey in the best Spanish sherry barrels Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso from Andalusia. They are very well known for their rich taste profile, which ranges from sweet and fruity aromas to the Pedro Ximenez barrels selected by us to dry and nutty notes from excellent Oloroso Barrels.

GlenDronach House Editions Sevillian Room is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky from the Scottish Highlands. This Travel Edition is inspired by Seville and brings together the sherry led style of GlenDronach Distillery with warm spice, orange aromas and floral accents.

Maturation takes place in Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Palo Cortado sherry casks. These three cask styles create depth, fruit sweetness, nutty notes and warm spice, recalling the atmosphere of Seville with orange trees, vibrant markets and Moorish architecture.

On the nose, it shows Seville oranges, blossoming honeysuckle, toasted oak, aged leather and Mediterranean spices. On the palate, manuka honey, roasted nuts, olive oil drizzled tostadas and blood orange marmalade with cinnamon come together.

The finish is long and warm, with orange peel, toasted nuts, spices and a hint of café con leche. At 43% vol., GlenDronach Sevillian Room is especially well suited for sipping neat in a nosing glass or with a few drops of water.
