Strong peat smoke with maritime notes, salty sea air and a hint of dark chocolate rise to the nose. The palate is full-bodied and smoky with dominant notes of bonfire, leather and sweet vanilla. The spice of oak meets hints of citrus and black pepper. The finish is long and complex with a harmonious balance of smoke, salt and gentle sweetness.
