Laphroaig is a whiskey distillery on the Scottish Hebridean island of Islay. The tradition of whiskey making has been passed on by distillery managers since the first drop rolled from the still in 1815. The Kilbride Stream, hand cut peat, malted barley, cold smoking ovens, mash tuns, copper alchemy and the delicacy of oak aging.

Each stage is for the production of the most flavorful of all Scotch whiskeys.

The Laphroaig 12 Years Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a distinctive Islay whisky that presents the distillery’s typical maritime and peaty aromas in a balanced maturity. Aged for twelve years in oak casks, it develops intense notes of smoke and seaweed, complemented by subtle sweetness of vanilla, honey, and delicate fruit tones. On the palate, it appears full-bodied, with the unmistakable Laphroaig peat intensity, harmoniously rounded off by spice and a long-lasting warmth in the finish. A whisky for connoisseurs who appreciate the depth and complexity of a matured Islay malt.
