The “Remarkable Copper” is an exclusive single malt from the Remarkable Stills Series by Loch Lomond Distillery. It combines distillates from traditional Swan Neck stills and innovative Straight Neck stills, matured in three types of American oak casks: ex-bourbon, refill, and re-charred.
In the glass, it presents a complex aromatic profile with notes of toffee, crème anglaise, peach, apricot, and spices such as clove and black tea. On the palate, golden syrup, vanilla cream, and ripe stone fruits take center stage, accompanied by a subtle smokiness. The finish is long, spicy, and slightly dry with hints of tobacco and malt.
