Redbreast 15 Year Old is aged in a combination of Oloroso sherry casks and American bourbon whiskey casks for 15 years.
A balanced mixture of berries and aromatic oils fills the air. The palate is perfectly rounded and smooth, full of notes of sun-ripened fruit, fragrant spices and warm wood. The finish is long.
