Springbank 10 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt Scotch whisky and a classic introduction to the Springbank range. The distillery follows a traditional, independent approach and is known for a distinctive house style combining fruit, malt, maritime notes and gentle smoke.
The whisky is matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. This creates a balanced character with light fruit, vanilla, honey, cereal notes, fine spice and a salty coastal touch.
On the nose, it shows cereal notes, gooseberry, mango, vanilla pod, grapes and honeycomb. On the palate, Springbank 10 Year Old is full bodied, malty, fruity and lightly spicy with vanilla, sweet oak, ripe fruit and maritime accents.
