With the aim of creating a new style of champagne, Madame Pommery opened the unique Domaine Pommery in France in July 1868.
Brut Rosé is a combination of 3 selected layers. The soft pink color and the fruity character result from the marriage of a small vinified amount of Pinot Noir with classically processed Crus from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The aging period in the chalk cellars is 2-3 years.
A full-bodied champagne with a strong, fruity note. At the same time, Brut Rosé always remains discreet and fresh. The color – dusky pink with hints of orange. A perfect aperitif and enchanting accompaniment for romantic occasions. Harmonizes with white meat, shellfish and berry desserts.
